AI in the work you already do.
Most AI projects fail because they start with the technology and look for a problem. We start with the workflow that's costing you the most hours, and put AI inside it. No site rebuild required. No SaaS subscription you'll forget to use. The automation runs against the tools you've already got.
Any size, including small businesses — the work scales down as well as up. Sole traders drowning in admin get the same craft we apply to mid-market firms; the scope just gets smaller.
We work in the current tooling, not last year's.
The Claude API in production. Scheduled cloud agents (Claude Code Routines) for recurring work. MCP servers for plugging AI into the apps you already use. Twenty-five years of senior development experience behind every integration — so the automation runs reliably, fails sensibly, and doesn't turn into a black-box you can't debug six months later.
Six patterns, endless variations.
Six recurring patterns cover most of the work. Not productised — each engagement is scoped to your actual workflow. If your bottleneck doesn't appear here, it probably still fits.
Inbox triage + first-draft replies
Enquiries categorised, prioritised, and drafted against your own past replies. Staff approve and send instead of writing from a blank page. Works against Gmail, Outlook, or a shared inbox.
Quote + proposal drafting
From a one-line request to a personalised quote with your pricing, your line-item structure, and your tone. The same template you'd write by hand, drafted in seconds against the prospect's context.
Document processing
Extract structured data from PDFs, scanned forms, supplier invoices, or contracts. Push it straight into your spreadsheet, accounting tool, or CRM. The kind of work that quietly eats hours of admin time every week.
Internal Q&A over your own knowledge
An assistant that answers staff questions from your actual SOPs, internal wiki, or product catalogue. New starters stop interrupting senior staff; senior staff stop answering the same question for the fifth time.
Scheduled agents
Recurring work that runs itself — “every Monday morning, summarise last week's enquiries and draft the team email”, “nightly, refresh stock numbers from the supplier feed”. Built on current scheduled-agent tooling (Claude Code Routines and equivalents).
Workflow integrations
Glue between the tools you already pay for — CRM, accounting, email, project tracker, spreadsheets. AI sits in the middle, translates between formats, handles the messy bits no integration product ships out of the box.
Priced against the work we replace.
Scoped to the hours we'll save you, not to a fixed package. Small workflows priced fixed; bigger automation work runs as discovery + fixed-price builds.
- Free 30-minute scoping call. Bring the workflow that's costing you the most time. We tell you honestly whether it's worth automating, where the edges are, and a rough cost band.
- Discovery (small jobs skip this). For broader scope: a few days mapping the workflow, the tools involved, and the failure modes that need handling. Output is a fixed-price proposal.
- Build + integrate. We build the automation against your real tools (not a demo account), run it side-by-side with the existing process, and hand over once you've seen it work on your actual workload.
- Care plan (optional). AI tooling moves fast — model updates, API changes, new capabilities. The care plan keeps the automation current without you having to think about it.
From £500 for focused single-workflow jobs (e.g. an inbox triage script for a sole trader) to £15,000+ for multi-tool workflow automation. Fixed-fee on defined scopes; day-rate on open-scope discovery. Every quote is for the work, not a tier.
Got a workflow that needs automating?
Bring the work that's costing you the most hours. We'll tell you honestly whether AI is the right answer, what it'd take to build, and a rough cost band — no obligation.
