FCA-grade software for introducers. Quote, refer, track, get paid.

Most introducer “portals” are a web form and a phone number. You hand the client over, then chase for news and wonder where your commission is. The Dyfyn introducer platform is the opposite: a voice note becomes an application, live lender quotes come back on one screen, and every case shows you exactly where it is and what you'll be paid.

Built by Dyfyn in Cardiff. Live in production with an FCA-authorised UK specialist broker. Runs on your own lender API keys, so you keep your relationships. Second charge and bridging end to end, plus referrals across nine product types.

AI Smart Capture

Voice note in. Application out.

In

Fact-finds, Word docs, photos of handwritten notes, dictation, recorded calls. Up to ten files at once.

Out

Applicants, address history, property, income, loan details and up to thirty debts — drafted into the case.

Checked

Every value cites its source. Conflicts flagged. Nothing applied until you tick it.

What it does

Everything a case needs, in one portal.

The work that eats an introducer's afternoon — re-keying, chasing, guessing at commission — done by the software instead.

01

AI Smart Capture

Drop in a voice note, a photo of handwritten notes, a fact-find PDF or a recorded call. It reads the lot and drafts the application — applicants, addresses, property, income, every debt — then lists what's still missing with a message ready to send the client.

02

Live quotes and DIPs — on your own lender keys

Bring your own lender relationships. Ask your lenders for API access, we plug your credentials in, and live quotes and decisions in principle come back in parallel on one screen from day one. Illustrations are stored against the case, and built-in guards stop the same client being credit-searched twice.

03

Indicative quotes, no client details

Rate-card sourcing for second charge and bridging — eligibility, monthly payment, fees, APRC and an affordability snapshot — before anyone runs a credit search. Answer the client's first question on the first call.

04

Introducer portal

Quote, refer, track, get paid. Introducers see their own cases only, in plain-English stages with a clear next step on each, plus an inbox that tells them the moment something moves.

05

Commission, visible to the penny

Introducer share of proc fee and broker fee, calculated per case. The figure firms up from estimate to confirmed at completion to paid, with per-firm overrides and splits inside introducer teams.

06

Debt schedule, read from statements

Upload credit-card statements, loan statements, settlement letters or credit reports. It extracts balance, payment, APR and settlement figure and suggests which debt each belongs to. Nothing is written until a person clicks Link.

Compliance

Compliant by design. Not by crossing your fingers.

The FCA's 2026 review of second-charge debt consolidation put the record-keeping under a microscope. The platform writes that record as the case moves — not after someone asks for it.

Append-only audit trail

Who did what, when, on every case. Changes to loan amount or purpose demand a reason and keep their history.

Consent and e-sign, sealed

Credit-check consent, terms of business, IDD, suitability letters, letters of authority. Signed PDFs record signer, timestamp, IP and a content hash.

FCA Register checks at onboarding

Introducers are looked up live on the FCA Register by FRN — permissions and disciplinary history — before the broker approves them.

Suitability and TCF tooling

Suitability letter builder, second charge vs remortgage vs unsecured comparison, debt-consolidation cost modelling, vulnerability flags on the case.

AI that shows its working

Every value Smart Capture fills cites the document and the exact words it came from. Nothing applies until a person ticks it, and it never guesses regulatory answers.

Locked down by default

Two-factor authentication, role-based permissions, captcha on sign-in, encrypted credentials, app servers in London. AI calls are stateless and document contents never hit the logs.

This is software. It isn't authorised by the FCA and doesn't give advice; regulatory responsibility stays with the authorised firm using it.

For brokers

Build a network that refers to you first.

Run an introducer network? This is the other half of the portal — the CRM your team works cases in, and the controls that keep your network clean.

  • Your own lender API keys — your relationships, your proc fees
  • Branded join link for your introducer network
  • Review and approve every introducer
  • Unapproved introducers see rates only
  • Introducer canvassing pipeline
  • Bulk commission payouts
  • Second charge + bridging case workspace
  • Website lead webhooks
  • Google / Outlook calendar sync
Who this is for

Who it's for.

Anyone who meets a client with a lending need and would rather refer it than advise on it — and the specialist brokers on the other end.

  • IFAs
  • Directly authorised firms
  • Appointed representatives
  • Mortgage advisers
  • Protection advisers
  • Estate agents
  • Accountants
  • Professional introducers
  • Second-charge brokers
  • Bridging brokers
  • Master brokers
Questions

Before you book.

It's a broker CRM and introducer portal for UK specialist lending, built by Dyfyn in Cardiff. Introducers use it to quote, refer and track cases and see their commission; brokers use it to run the case from fact-find to completion, with live lender quotes, decisions in principle, suitability and compliance records in one place.

Two sides of the same referral. Introducers — IFAs, directly authorised firms, appointed representatives, estate agents, accountants — who refer second charge, bridging and other specialist cases. And the brokers and master brokers who receive those referrals and want to run an introducer network properly.

No software is FCA-approved, and the platform doesn't give advice — regulatory responsibility stays with the authorised firm using it. FCA-grade means it's built for regulated work: consent captured and sealed before a credit search, an append-only audit trail, reasons recorded for every change to loan amount or purpose, FCA Register checks on introducers, and suitability tooling that writes the record as you go.

Fact-find PDFs (including filled form fields), Word documents, typed notes, photos of handwritten notes, dictation and recorded phone calls with speaker labels. One upload of up to ten files fills applicants, addresses, property, income, loan details and up to thirty debts, with every value traced back to the source it came from.

Second charge and bridging run end to end — quoting, decisions in principle, suitability, submission and completion tracking. Introducers can also refer first charge, buy-to-let, commercial, development, business finance, equity release and life assurance cases through the same portal.

Yes — that's the point. Live quoting runs on your firm's own API credentials with each lender, not ours. Ask the lenders you already work with for broker API access and we connect it; your relationships, terms and proc fees stay exactly as they are. If a lender you use offers a broker API that we don't connect to yet, we'll build the connection.

Yes, once the broker has approved them. Until then an introducer can still refer, and sees indicative rate-card pricing, but no live lender search runs — so nobody's client is credit-searched by an unverified firm.

Yes. The platform is in daily production use with an FCA-authorised UK specialist broker and its introducer network, and ships new releases every few weeks. Book a demo and we'll walk you through it on real screens, not slides.

It depends on whether you're an introducer joining a broker's network or a brokerage running your own. We'll give you a straight number on the demo call.

Next step

See a case go from voice note to quote.

Twenty minutes, on real screens. We'll run Smart Capture on a sample fact-find, pull live quotes, and show you the introducer view end to end.
