Write a fixed-price proposal with the work scoped, any add-ons priced separately, delivery timeline, named contact. No discovery-phase upsells.
Build
Pay the 50% deposit. Provide content (text, images, brand assets) — or commission us to write/source them at £200/page for AI-optimised copy. Keep running the live site as you do now. We don't touch your infrastructure.
Share a design preview within the first week. Build a copy on our hosting, on a private staging URL you can watch update day by day. Daily commits, weekly check-ins. Your live site stays on your stack until you say switch.
Launch
Sign off the copy on our hosting. Final 50% on launch. Confirm the DNS cutover window. Take the source repo, admin training if needed, and handover docs.
We don't flip DNS until you're happy with the copy. Then a zero-downtime cutover onto our hosting. Old site stays live as a fallback for 30 days. GSC + Bing sitemap submissions same-day. We run the stack; you own the source.
Improve
Keep Essential Care (year one included with the build) or upgrade to Growth/Authority. Hosting stays with us.
Hosting, monitoring, monthly AI citation reports, dedicated change hours. If you later want the site elsewhere, that's a handover — not the default, and not how we guarantee the setup.
