Audit & discovery call
We run the AI Readiness audit on your current site, look at your hosting setup, and have a 30-minute call to understand what you actually need. No commitment, no sales pressure. You leave with a clear picture even if you don't hire us.
Fixed-price proposal
You get a written proposal with one of our packages selected, any migration scope priced separately, and a delivery timeline. Fixed price, no hourly billing, no scope creep clauses dressed up as flexibility.
Design & build
We share a design preview within the first week so you see direction early. Then we build, iterate, and stage everything on a private preview URL. You watch the site come together day by day.
Launch & handover
Zero-downtime DNS cutover. Old site stays live as a fallback for 30 days for any migration project. Full handover documentation, admin training if needed, all credentials transferred to you.
Care plan kicks in
If you've signed up for a care plan, it starts the day after launch. Hosting, monitoring, dedicated change hours, monthly AI citation reports. If you'd rather manage it yourself, we hand over and step away — your call.

Fixed-price proposal
Read the proposal in full. Push back on scope you don't need. Decide on payment schedule (50/50 default; 33/33/34 available on Premium and Enterprise).
Write a fixed-price proposal with one package selected, migration scope priced separately, delivery timeline, named contact. No discovery-phase upsells.
Design & build
Pay the 50% deposit. Provide content (text, images, brand assets) — or commission us to write/source them at £200/page for AI-optimised copy.
Share a design preview within the first week. Build on a private staging URL you can watch update day by day. Daily commits, weekly check-ins.
Launch & handover
Final 50% on launch. Take handover documentation, GitHub repo access, admin training if needed. Confirm DNS cutover window.
Zero-downtime DNS flip. Old site stays live as a fallback for 30 days. GSC + Bing sitemap submissions same-day. Hand over all credentials.
Care plan kicks in
Decide whether to take the included Essential Care or upgrade to Growth/Authority. Or self-host with full handover docs — that path is fully supported.
If on a care plan: hosting, monitoring, monthly AI citation reports, dedicated change hours. If self-hosting: support window covered (30/60/90 days by tier), then we step away.
